How I Landed On Kerygma Magazine

Dear Friends,
Four months ago, a classmate noticed that i was an avid fan of Kerygma magazine. So, he told me "why don’t you email the publication and express that you really appreciate them?"
The thought gave me some excitement. so, i followed what my friend said to me and i even attached my latest photo on it. Months passed and i already forgot everything.
Then came the month of June. While i was having my breakfast at the Father’s Dining Hall, Fr. Rudy Horst, SVD (my spiritual director and Kerygma columnist) told me (to my great surprise!!!) that the magazine published my message with my picture on the background.
The news really sent me to highest heavens! I texted my friends and my brother scholastics and they were excited to see it.
then, all of a sudden, i realized….. oh my God, i exclaimed "nakakahiya naman." of all the pictures that i could attach to my message…i have chosen pa ung picture ko sa swimming pool. Ah!!!! Hahahaha!
I was thinking kasi that the publication wil edit it…or put another background just as what they are doing to other letter senders. But Kerygma magazine published my picture as is…nakakahiya…hahaha.
Di bale…next time…i learn my lesson…
